Bali the island of God

Bali, the "island of the gods", exudes a magnetic charm and beauty. It is one of the smaller islands of the Indonesian archipelago, but still by far the most coveted by tourists, while Lombok begins to point the tip of his nose.
This little paradise brings together all the essential elements for a successful holiday. Beautiful beaches - although few are swimmable and white sand - extraordinary volcanic reliefs covered with forests, hills which are staged rice fields whose curves are dancing light, and an omnipresent and always authentic culture. And the Balinese impress with their sweetness and amazing kindness, but also by their love of the beautiful and unique way to unite art and life.

They live in the heart of the tourist areas or in isolated hamlets, the Balinese have lost neither their composure or their customs. What a pleasure to see them sacrifice daily ritual offerings found in front of every shop, on bridges, on the edge of rice fields or on the altars adorning the gardens. Perhaps it is this constant presence of the divine that makes the Balinese so affable and allows them to survive the tourist boom without completely selling their souls ... while still having something to sell to tourists!

The main interest of Bali is to discover its age-old traditions on the background of magical landscapes. Will often dig deeper into the land than was necessary before. In Bali, you have to take time to explore the nooks and small roads, soaking up the atmosphere of a village, identify preparations for a religious festival or a wedding. Then you have the chance to perceive the real Bali rice fields and rites, night ceremonies and dances.
